At Growth Mastery, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and resources that help our clients achieve their personal and professional growth goals. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our various services.
1. General Principles
Our refund policy is based on the following principles:
- Transparency: We aim to be clear about when and how refunds are processed.
- Fairness: We strive to provide fair solutions that respect both our clients' needs and our business operations.
- Quality Commitment: We stand behind the quality of our services and are committed to client satisfaction.
2. One-on-One Coaching Services
2.1 Cancellation Prior to First Session
If you need to cancel your coaching package before your first scheduled session:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the first scheduled session: 100% refund
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the first scheduled session: 75% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the first scheduled session: 50% refund
2.2 Cancellation After Coaching Has Begun
If you need to cancel after your coaching program has already begun:
- For multi-session packages, unused sessions will be refunded at a prorated rate, less a 15% administrative fee.
- No refunds are available for individual sessions that have already been conducted.
- No refunds are available for individual sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice (these are considered used sessions).
2.3 Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our one-on-one coaching services:
- If you're not satisfied after your first coaching session, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of the session completion.
- This guarantee applies only to the first session of any coaching package and can only be used once per client.
3. Group Coaching Programs
3.1 Cancellation Before Program Start
For group coaching programs, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date: 100% refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the program start date: 75% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date: 50% refund
3.2 Cancellation After Program Has Begun
Once a group coaching program has begun:
- If you withdraw within the first 7 days: 30% refund
- If you withdraw after 7 days from the program start date: No refund available
3.3 Program Deferral Option
Instead of cancellation, you may choose to defer your participation to the next available group coaching program (subject to availability) for a 15% transfer fee.
4. Online Courses and Digital Products

4.2 Downloadable Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products:
- No refunds are available for downloadable digital products (e-books, worksheets, templates) once the download has occurred.
- If you have technical issues accessing your download, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Workshops and Events
5.1 In-Person Events
For in-person workshops, seminars, and events:
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event: 100% refund
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event: 75% refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund
5.2 Virtual Events
For virtual workshops and events:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event: 100% refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event: 75% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: 50% refund
- No-shows: No refund
5.3 Event Transfer Option
Instead of a refund, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
6. Subscription Services
6.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
6.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription services:
- Cancellations within 14 days of purchase: 100% refund
- Cancellations after 14 days but within the first 30 days: 75% refund
- Cancellations after 30 days but within the first 90 days: 50% prorated refund
- Cancellations after 90 days: No refund
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary situations, we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number, the service you purchased, and the reason for your refund request
- For exceptional circumstances, please provide any relevant supporting documentation
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
9. Service Quality Commitment
If you believe our services did not meet the described quality or content standards, please contact us with specific details about your concerns within 14 days of service delivery. We will work with you to address these concerns, which may include additional coaching support, service improvements, or partial/full refunds where appropriate.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
